Noblestone
2007
Our Noblestone 07 Pinot Noir reflects the heart of the vineyard we inherited. A severely frost affected year meant yields were tiny, what remained we considered and selected only the finest fruit worthy. In 2007 this wine is dominantly made from our oldest clone 5 pinot noir of Pommard origin. In addition a small quantity of the finest and oldest 10/5 clone was picked and fermented with native yeast 2 weeks later. Ultimately we yielded just 2 barrels of dark intense wine.
