This wine is arguably the finest out of our stable yet. A tiny crop was manicured from the vines over two glorious picking days under the fire sign of Aries. The harvest was split down the middle based on vine age & fermented in separate tanks with just 650kg’s in each. Carefully mothered along the ferments were pressed together and run to seasoned barrels for 11mnths before blending again and a small 500L run back to a single puncheon for the winter months. A true single vineyard single barrel wine.
