This is the latest release in our continuing pursuit into the delivery of sparkling wines without any added sulphites in the most living and raw form. We’ve taken organic juice from both home vineyard and Vynfields organic farm in Martinborough and bottled it early under crown cap and allowed it to mature in bottle. 100% organic –nothing added or taken away.
Rich pink peach like character feathered with aromas of citrus and tart apricots. On the palate, a generous body attributed to natural sugars is balanced by a pleasant sourness which continues to develop in the bottle. Just a light natural carbonation with this vintage, the wine can also be enjoyed with soda as a refreshing lighter summer drink.
