Our aromatic white inspired by the field blends of Alsace. Here we start with a core of Riesling and layer it with rich stone fruit textures and aromas derived from Viognier and Pinot Gris. There is moderate application of skin maceration for added colour and depth of flavour. The juice components are blended early and allowed to co-ferment delivering a seamless integration and mouthfeel.
Crisp tightly wound core and a dry finish make for a refreshing summer wine. Well adept at slicing through oily fish or natural fats. The richness and memory of apricots open this wine to more rich autumn fare. Enjoy as it evolves up until 2024.
