Take your time with this wine, there is both power and finesse at play here. From the generous 2013 vintage comes our most structured Pinot Noir to date. I've employed high levels of whole clusters in ferment to amplify structure and aroma then tempered this with long barrel time. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Now in its middle years, it is revealing the character that comes with age. There is wet forest and fire roasted plums but also earth and undergrowth. The palate is full and firm with spice that lingers thanks to the tannin of this great vintage.
