This years rosé work has seen the retirement of filteration and signals a whole hearted commitment to the delivery of raw natural perspectives on summer wine. This wine is not only cloudly but has no additives whatsover, just the natural ferment of organically farmed grapes.
A lovely fresh acid and dry finish mark this wine as a does the subtle spritz to amplify the freshness. Subtle red fruit notes are apparent on the nose tempered by the savory complexity derived from wild yeast and barrel ferment components.
