This years rosé work has drawn strongly on Riesling. The frosts of the vintage hindered the Pinot but Riesling came in strong. We have employed a good amount of skin contact with it bringing a little pith into play. This wine is not only cloudly but has no additives whatsoever, just the natural ferment of organically farmed grapes. A lovely fresh acid and dry finish arks this wine. Subtle citrus fruit notes are joined by a touch of candy tempered by the savory complexity derived from wild yeast and barrel ferment components.
